July in Numbers: A Busy Month at Urban Suburban 🧡

When people see estate agency statistics, it's easy to think they're just numbers on a page.

For us, every single one tells a story.

It's been one of our busiest months this year, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted us to help them move.

Valuations

We carried out 41 home valuations across South Wales throughout July.

Every property is different, every seller has different goals, and no two conversations are ever the same. Whether someone was ready to sell immediately or simply wanted honest advice about the current market, we enjoyed helping people understand what their home could achieve.

New Instructions

21 homeowners chose Urban Suburban to market their property.

Viewings

We completed an incredible 105 property viewings during July.

Every viewing is an opportunity to connect the right buyer with the right home. It's also where local knowledge really matters. Buyers don't just want to know about the property, they want to know about the schools, the community, the commute and what it's actually like to live there.

Sales Agreed

16 homes found buyers during the month.

Agreeing a sale is a fantastic milestone, but we know it's only the beginning. From that point onwards, we work closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisers to keep everything moving and help avoid unnecessary delays.

Completions

Eleven families successfully completed their move in July.

Completion day is always our favourite part of the job. After weeks, or sometimes months, of hard work, it's incredibly rewarding to hand over the keys and know we've helped someone begin their next chapter.
